Patient Program 

Due to Florida growing season, our program pauses for the summer and resumes in October. For those who wish to continue in the future, we have been working to ensure that FreshRx can continue to support your journey of healthy eating.

If you are a FreshRx previous Farm to Patient participant interested in continuing with the program in any of the following ways, you must be able to pick up your produce at our current distribution location: Jupiter Medical Center (1240 S Old Dixie Hwy, Jupiter, FL 33458). Delivery is only reserved for patients participating in the free program for 16 weeks.

BEST OPTION: Purchase a share with your SNAP / EBT Card
Through a partnership with Fresh Access Bucks participants that currently receive SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) can buy produce at 50% the cost. You will receive similar bags to the ones you are receiving now, and you get access to the Fresh Friday Newsletters. Although we have a waitlist, this is one of the only ways you can guarantee your continued participation in the program. Participants must purchase a minimum of four weeks. The pricing is: $40 for 4 weeks or $10 per week.

For those who do not have EBT, or are not eligible...

OPTION 1: Purchase a share at full cost - By purchasing a share at full cost you can enjoy all the medicinal benefits of healthy eating and help make our Farm to Hospital program possible for others! You will receive similar bags to the ones you are receiving now and get access to the Fresh Fridays newsletter. Right now, FreshRx is exploring fair prices. So stay tuned!

OPTION 2: Join the wait list to participate in the program for free. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. IT IS NOT GUARANTEED THAT YOU WILL BE ENROLLED. Each round of the program we have the budget to cover the cost of 50 NEW participants. Sometimes we do not reach 50 total patients, and/or people drop off, and space opens for others to join.
