Quick Pickle Almost Anything!
INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable of your choice (such as cucumbers, carrots, daikon radish, etc.)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1.5 teaspoon sea salt
1 minced garlic clove (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Thinly slice your vegetable of choice.
Add apple cider vinegar, water and sea salt to a pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes
Combine in a sealed jam jar or mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
